We are a privately owned, independent insurance agency. Our founder, Josef (NPN 19813697), is licensed in Alabama, Arkansas, Colorado, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, West Virginia, Wisconsin, Wyoming. If you live in Arizona, California, Maine, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, we refer you to a licensed agent at another agency. We do not sell, quote, or advise on coverage in states where we are not licensed. We are not a government agency and are not affiliated with HealthCare.gov, any state marketplace, or the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services.

Content on this site is general information, not a quote, a guarantee of coverage, or tax, legal, or medical advice. Plan availability, prices, networks, and eligibility for financial help are set by carriers and marketplaces and can change. Final eligibility and premium amounts are determined when you apply.

No obligation

Requesting information does not obligate you to buy anything. Our help is free to you; we are paid by insurance carriers when you enroll in a plan through us. You can also enroll on your own through HealthCare.gov or your state's marketplace.

Communications

If you check the consent box on our form, you agree to be contacted as described there. Consent is not required to buy anything. You can withdraw it at any time by replying STOP to a text, telling us on a call, or emailing quotes@atlashealthagency.com.

Acceptable use

Don't submit false information or someone else's contact details without their permission, and don't try to disrupt or misuse the site.

Liability

The site is provided as is. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Nothing here limits obligations we have to you as a licensed agent under insurance law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
