Carriers we work with

Marketplace and private-market carriers in your area

Carrier availability varies by state and county.

Variable income is normal. It just needs a careful estimate.

Marketplace financial help is based on the income you expect for the coverage year, not last year's. If your income swings, we'll walk through a realistic projection with you and explain how to update it during the year so you don't get surprised at tax time.

Self-employed people may also be able to deduct health insurance premiums. Ask your tax preparer how that applies to you.

Plans we help with

Individual plans

Coverage in your own name, whether you're between jobs, aging off a parent's plan, or retiring before Medicare.

Your options

The Marketplace isn't your only option

We compare both sides so you see everything you qualify for, not just one store's shelf.

Marketplace plans

Plans sold through HealthCare.gov or your state's marketplace. This is the only place to get premium tax credits that lower your monthly bill.

  • Financial help
  • Pre-existing conditions covered
  • Open Enrollment or a qualifying event

Private market plans

Plans bought directly from carriers, outside the Marketplace. They can make sense if you don't qualify for financial help or want a different network.

  • No income limits
  • Other network choices
  • Trade-offs explained plainly

Some private plans are not ACA-compliant. They can cost less but may not cover pre-existing conditions or every essential benefit. We'll explain the trade-offs before you choose anything.

How it works

  1. 1

    Tell us the basics

Two minutes: who needs coverage, your ZIP code, and how to reach you.

    Talk it through

A licensed agent calls you within one business hour, in your language, to go over your doctors, prescriptions, budget, and estimated income.

  3. 3

    Compare side by side

Plans ranked on what you'd really spend in a year: premium after any tax credit, deductible, doctors, and prescriptions.

  4. 4

    Enroll and stay covered

We help you finish the application and stay your agent for renewals, life changes, and billing questions.

We only use this to track your referrals and send your thank-you.

Program details: one thank-you per referred person who completes a free review with one of our licensed agents, paid whether or not they enroll. The person you refer never receives payment or a discount for enrolling. You don't need to be a client to refer, and you shouldn't give plan advice; our licensed agents handle that. Not available where prohibited by law, and amounts may be limited by state rules. We may change or end the program at any time.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Does it cost anything to work with you?

No. Insurance carriers pay us when you enroll through us. Plan prices are set by the carrier and approved by regulators, so you don't pay more for having an agent.

Are you part of HealthCare.gov or the government?

No. We're a private, licensed insurance agency. We can help you compare plans and complete a Marketplace application, and you're always free to enroll on your own through HealthCare.gov or your state's marketplace.

Do you only sell Marketplace plans?

No. We compare Marketplace plans and private plans sold directly by carriers. Only Marketplace plans come with premium tax credits, so we start by checking whether you qualify, then show you what else is available.

Can you help my business?

Yes. We help businesses of any size compare group health plans for their employees. Rules and options depend on your state and how many people you employ, so tell us your headcount and we'll take it from there.

Can you help with dental, vision, or life insurance?

Yes. We quote dental and vision plans with your health plan or on their own. Some of our plans include a basic life benefit. For a full life insurance policy, we connect you with a licensed life insurance agent we trust. Check the boxes on the form or just ask when we call.

Can I get help in Spanish, Portuguese, or French?

Yes. Our licensed agents help clients in English, Spanish, Portuguese, and French. Pick your language on the form or tell us when you call or text.

Can I get help paying my premium?

Many households can. Premium tax credits are based on your projected household income and size for the coverage year. We'll help you estimate it; the marketplace makes the final determination when you apply.

When can I sign up for 2027 coverage?

On HealthCare.gov, Open Enrollment runs November 1, 2026 to January 15, 2027. Enroll by December 15 for a January 1 start. Some state-run marketplaces use different dates. Outside Open Enrollment, events like losing other coverage, moving, marriage, or having a baby can open a Special Enrollment Period, usually for 60 days.

Why did my premium go up, and will it change for 2027?

The extra federal subsidies that ran through 2025 expired, so many people saw higher bills in 2026. Standard premium tax credits are still available to many households earning between 100% and 400% of the federal poverty level, and prices and networks change every year. If you do nothing, you're usually re-enrolled automatically, so a quick review before December 15 is worth it.

Can I keep my doctor?

Often, yes, but it depends on the plan's network. We check your doctors, hospitals, and prescriptions before you choose, so you're not finding out after the fact.

I'm self-employed with income that changes. Is that a problem?

No. You'll estimate your income for the year, and you can update it with the marketplace if it changes. We'll help you build a realistic number.

What should I have ready for the call?

The names and birth dates of everyone who needs coverage, your best estimate of household income for next year, your doctors and prescriptions, and your current plan details if you have one.

How does the referral thank-you work?

Get your personal link in the Refer & earn section and share it. For each person who completes a free review with one of our licensed agents through your link, we send you a thank-you, whether or not they enroll. The person you refer doesn't receive any payment or discount. Not available where prohibited by law.

Will I get a flood of calls after I fill out the form?

No. Your information comes to us only. We don't sell it or pass it to other agents. You'll hear from our team, and you can opt out any time.

Ready to see your 2027 options?
